What Recruit Today does
Recruit Today offers two distinct kinds of service, on opposite sides of the hiring relationship:
- Reverse Recruitment (for job-seeking candidates). A done-for-you job search service. Instead of the candidate applying to jobs, a dedicated Reverse Recruiter researches relevant openings, tailors the candidate’s resume/CV for each one, submits applications on their behalf, networks with hiring managers, and prepares them for interviews and offer negotiation.
