Delete Your Account

Delete your account in the app

• Open the Recruit Today app and go to Account
• Tap My free account
• Tap Delete account and confirm

Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't use the app

Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my app account". We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act on it.

What we delete

• Your free account: name, email address and password
• Your chosen countries and marketing preference
• Your application tracker entries and reminders
• Your registered devices and news alert settings

What we keep

• Consultation requests you made are deleted after 12 months, as described in our Privacy Policy
• If you are, or become, a Recruit Today client, your client records are covered by your client agreement and are not removed by deleting the free app account
• Anything we are legally required to keep (for example, records needed for tax or legal claims)
