Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Reverse Recruitment Specialist to support and coordinate our team of recruiters. In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day recruitment operations, ensure quality control, and oversee the documentation aspects of our reverse recruiting process. You’ll play a key role in driving consistency, structure, and operational excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily activities, provide feedback, and support recruiter growth and process adherence.
- Maintain and improve full-cycle hiring processes, SOPs, and track key recruitment metrics.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance (e.g., right-to-work), and act as a liaison between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular audits of recruiter output, ensuring alignment with internal standards and legal requirements.
- Manage recruitment platforms (ATS, CRM, job boards), support Boolean sourcing, and deliver performance reports to leadership.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment within the UK market.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in recruitment technologies (ATS, CRMs, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter) with solid Boolean search expertise and effective multi-platform sourcing skills.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with sharp attention to detail and a strong grasp of recruitment documentation and compliance (e.g., right-to-work checks, references, contracts).
