Job Summary
We are seeking a Human resource (HR) Specialist to support HR operations and enhance our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience, a relevant degree, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience with a UK-based company will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment tasks, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support onboarding, training programmes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle HR documentation and address employee enquiries with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while contributing to HR process improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Intermediate; a BS degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of HR experience; knowledge of recruitment processes is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools.
