Role Overview:
We are seeking an Interview Coach with 2+ years of experience in conducting mock interviews or coaching candidates. You will help candidates prepare for their interviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance tailored to specific roles and industries.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mock interviews with candidates, simulating real-world interview environments.
- Provide tailored feedback on answers, body language, and communication skills.
- Offer practical tips to help candidates improve their interview performance (e.g., STAR method, addressing weaknesses, presenting strengths).
- Assist candidates in preparing for specific roles, industries, and interview formats (technical, behavioural, managerial, etc.).
- Assist candidates in boosting their confidence by fostering a positive and supportive environment during mock interviews, while also creating tailored interview notes based on the specific Job Descriptions.
- Maintain clear and thorough notes on candidate progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Provide suggestions for further resources or exercises to improve performance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in conducting mock interviews or interview coaching.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong understanding of interview formats, including behavioural, technical, and situational interviews.
- Ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback professionally and positively.
- Experience in recruitment or coaching roles is a plus.
- Ability to adapt coaching style based on the candidate’s needs and background.
- Comfortable conducting remote interviews using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, etc.).
